The Challenge: Reposition Blu Atlas’s Instagram from a passive brand presence into an active, engaging content hub that supports go-to-market goals, drives community engagement, and educates the audience.
My Role: Built and led Blu Atlas's organic social strategy from the ground up—establishing content pillars, brand voice guidelines, monthly content calendars, and a scalable workflow that supported multiple product launches (SPF, eye cream, and more) without adding headcount.
I managed the full content ecosystem: sourcing and vetting creators, negotiating contracts, briefing both the design team on visual assets and influencers on brand messaging, and nurturing ongoing partnerships to maintain authenticity and alignment with GTM goals.
